The best way to report this is to navigate to the ‘I’m unhappy with my order’ button under the ‘Need help?’ section on the ‘Your Order’ tab on our website. Please take a photograph of the items you have received and select 'Wrong items' from the drop-down menu. You'll then be able to upload an image along with your report. Once we’ve received your feedback, the relevant team will pick up your query and arrange any compensation, as appropriate.
