Allowance refunds
Refunds for allowance payments are possible until 23:00, where the issue has been reported and responded to within your meal occasion. Typically, your allowance is available to re-use within 5-10 minutes of the refund being confirmed via Customer Services. Please note, your allowance and any refunded allowance cannot be carried over from one meal occasion to the next, so should be used before the end of the meal occasion (see here).
Issues reported after 23:00 will not result in an allowance refund. Instead, this amount will be refunded to your company and will appear on their next Just Eat for Business statement.
Top-up refunds
Refunds for top-up payments will be returned to the payment card used to complete your purchase and should appear in 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.
