Please note, to be able to re-use your allowance after a refund has been processed you must raise your issue by 23:00 on the order delivery date, within your meal occasion. Complaints received after this date will not result in you being able to re-use your allowance.
You may be prompted to provide reasonable evidence (such as photographs) demonstrating the reported issue with your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the feedback you provide is accurate and based on your own, genuine experience.
