On the checkout page, there is an opportunity to enter a reference which is required by your organisation. You must enter your correct Project Code/ FAMIS on the checkout page. Please do not enter your cost code in their field, if you do not have an applicable project code/ FAMIS please tick the box ‘I don’t know my reference.’
This field can be mandatory, you will be unable to check out without entering a value (or selecting the “I don’t know my reference” code check box option, if available). You may be unable to proceed if what you enter does not match a recognised value, depending on your organisation’s configuration. In this instance, you’ll need to enter a valid reference or select “I don’t know my reference”.
